Is there really a free option? +
Yes, and we mean it. Mission Studio — the administrative backend for a community up to 120 — is free, full stop. It is in limited release right now while we welcome parishes in with care, so join the waitlist and we will save your place. The smallest parishes should never be priced out of keeping their own life in order.
What will it cost to begin? +
Onboarding is one gentle, one-time fee — and you can watch it add up yourself in the planner above, before you ever speak to us. Moving your records over is always free. For the smallest parishes starting fresh, beginning often costs nothing at all.
Are we locked into anything? +
Never. Every plan is month to month. Paying yearly saves a little and is billed once, but it is never required, and you are free to go whenever you wish. We would rather earn your stay.
Will you really move our old records for free? +
We will, gladly. Whether it lives in a spreadsheet, in Breeze or ChurchTrac, or in a shoebox of giving history — we bring it across at no charge. Paper-only records that need scanning are the one thing we quote on the call, simply because the effort depends on the volume.
What does "Beta" mean for what we pay? +
Full price, no discount — and no catch. The beta label just means you are early, and close to the people building Symphonia. You are not a guinea pig and this is not a stripped-down trial; it is the whole thing, made with care.
How does texting cost work? +
Push notifications and email are unlimited and free, and they carry nearly all of parish life. Text messages are simply passed through at what they cost us — a fraction of a cent each — for the moments a member is best reached that way.
