Still wondering something? Ask a real person — we answer within a business day.
Yes. Symphonia imports from a spreadsheet or CSV, and we have a dedicated importer for Breeze exports that keeps households together and maps baptismal names correctly. We do the first import with you so nothing is lost in the move.
Every baptism, chrismation, marriage and burial you record — and every one you bring over — stays in a permanent register, linked to the person and the household. History is the point of a parish record; Symphonia is built to hold it for the long run, not just the current year.
One flat monthly price per parish — no per-member fees. Three plans (Mission, Parish and Cathedral) cover parishes of every size, and you can estimate yours on the pricing page. Online giving settles straight to your parish; we never touch your funds.
No long-term contract — Symphonia is month to month, and you can leave with your data at any time. Onboarding (bringing your records over and getting you set up) is a one-time fee that depends on your plan, and it's shown up front on the pricing page.
The Mission plan exists for exactly that. It carries the full pastoral core — members, the register, giving, a website and the member app — at a price a small mission can carry, and it grows with you when you're ready.
Symphonia is the operating system for an Orthodox parish. One place for your members and households, the sacramental register, giving and the books, a public website on your own domain, and a member app under your parish's name. It knows the typikon, the fast, and the catechumenate — because it was built for Orthodoxy, not adapted to it.
No. If your parish can use email, it can use Symphonia. Setup is done with you, your data is brought over for you, and the day-to-day is designed for a priest or a parish secretary — not an IT department. When you do need us, a real person answers.
Most parishes are up and running within a week. We import your existing records, set up your website and giving, and walk you through it. You can start with the parts you need most and grow into the rest — nothing has to happen all at once.
Your parish's data is isolated from every other parish and encrypted at rest. Only the people you invite, with the roles you give them, can see it — and sensitive fields are encrypted with keys we hold under strict control. We never sell data and never use it to train anything. You can read the full detail on our security page.
Yes — this is a design commitment, not a setting. Private pastoral notes are visible only to the priest, by construction, and the most sensitive records are sealed so that no one at Symphonia can read them either. A parish's conscience should never be an administrator's to browse.
Symphonia is jurisdiction-aware — OCA, Antiochian, GOARCH, ROCOR, Serbian and more — so the calendar, the tone of the week and the readings match how your parish actually keeps the services. If your jurisdiction isn't listed yet, tell us and we'll add it.
Both. Symphonia keeps the liturgical calendar the way your parish does — new calendar or old — with the saints, the tone, the readings and the daily fasting rule all following from that choice.
