See exactly what will land, catch anything odd, and fix it, nothing is written until it looks right to you.

Go live, keep the old one.
Run Symphonia alongside your current system as long as you like. Coming from Breeze, run a sync from a newer Breeze export to bring Symphonia up to date. The rector reviews every change first, nothing staff changed in Symphonia is overwritten, and a sync can be undone for 14 days.
Your history, intact.
Years of records shouldn't be the price of better software. Everything that matters travels with you, and what you can bring in, you can always take back out. Your data stays yours.
