Card giving and recurring gifts settle straight to the parish at standard rates.

QuickBooks

Bring your QuickBooks history into ParishBooks from a file. Each month, send your books to QuickBooks Online or Desktop with a ready-made import file. Live two-way sync with QuickBooks Online is on the way and will join the same page.

Bank statements

Import a statement from any bank (OFX, QFX, QuickBooks Web Connect, CAMT.053 or CSV), and entries already in your books pair up on their own before you reconcile. Live bank feeds through Plaid are on the way.

1099-NEC

Totals by contractor, W-9 details, recipient copies to print or email, and the upload file for the IRS’s free IRIS portal, where the parish files with its own IRS account.

Payroll

Pay runs with federal and state withholding worked out, pay stubs, tax deposit reminders, Form 941 figures and W-2s, all posted to the ledger. The parish makes its own deposits and filings. A payroll service that does this for you is not connected yet.

Amazon SES

Parish email broadcasts and transactional mail, delivered reliably.

Telnyx

Texts to the parish: cancellations, choir calls, reminders. Each parish registers its own texting program from Studio, and texting starts once the mobile carriers approve it. Until then, email and app notifications reach the same people.

Web push

Quiet lock-screen notifications to phones and tablets that opt in.

Bluesky

Post a parish message to the parish Bluesky account, with photos or a short video and a time to go out.
