Common questions.
Can we leave?Yes, export everything, anytime. The parish owns its own record; no lock-in, ever.
Who migrates our data?We do! Spreadsheets, another ChMS, giving history, the sacrament register, we'll make sure it feels like your parish never skipped a beat.
Are you going to raise our price?We don't plan to. Our aim is to hold the rate you register at for as long as you're with us; if pricing ever has to change, we'll give you plenty of notice first. Your tier only moves if your parish grows past its size band.
Do texts & gifts cost extra?While Symphonia does not charge for these services, our financial processing system (Stripe) charges per transaction, and once texting launches, the carrier will charge per SMS.
Why does size set the price?Since Symphonia provides a portal for the entire parish community to congregate, our server costs are heavily influenced by the size of a parish and quantity of members.
What if we hate Symphonia?We know you won't, but there's no long-term contract, and you can export everything and walk away at any time, so there's little risk in trying. If the launch doesn't feel right, tell us and we'll do our best to make it right.
