A record meant to outlast all of us.

Your whole cemetery on one map, section by section, plot by plot, and a faithful record of who rests where, when they reposed, and who laid them to rest. Reservations, deeds, and perpetual care kept honestly, so the grounds are tended and the memory is never lost to a fading ledger.

The plot map that lived in one man's memory.

For a hundred parishes the cemetery is a hand-drawn chart in a drawer and the recollection of a warden who has served for thirty years. When he is gone, so is the map. Families cannot find their own, plots are sold twice, and perpetual care is a promise no one can prove was kept. A resting place deserves better than a fading ledger. Symphonia gives the grounds a record as enduring as the ground itself.

The whole ground, and every soul in it.

The plot map at the office, and a family's interment record in your pocket at the graveside.

Tied to the memorial cycle
An interment can begin the cycle of memorials, so the third day, fortieth, and annual remembrances follow on their own.

The cemetery doesn't sit in a silo.

The honest answers.

Can we map our whole cemetery?

Yes. Lay out your grounds by section and row, name the sections as your parish does, and every plot takes its place on a living map. Finding who rests where becomes a search, not an afternoon with a paper chart.

check_circle
What does a plot record hold?

Everything that matters: the plot’s status, who is interred there, the date of repose, who officiated, the deed and reservation, and whether it carries perpetual care. The record is meant to outlast all of us.

check_circle
Is this only for a parish cemetery?

No. Inside Symphonia it is the Symphonia Cemetery add-on. The very same tool stands on its own as Sexton for a diocesan or independent cemetery, so the map and the records serve a parish plot or a whole memorial park either way.

How are plots reserved and sold?

Mark a plot reserved for a family, record the deed and the price, and track perpetual care. When the time comes, the interment is recorded against the very plot that was set aside, exactly as promised.

Keep the memory as long as the ground.
