A calendar that fills its own serving roster.

Every service already knows its fast, tone, and feast before you type a thing. Publish it to your people, let them subscribe on any phone, and let Symphonia build a fair serving rota for you, so you're not texting the same three readers every Saturday night.

Saturday night, texting the readers again.

The schedule lives in the priest’s head and a paper taped in the altar. Every Saturday is a round of texts to find a reader, and half the parish has last month’s times because the website was never updated. Meanwhile the fast and the tone have to be looked up by hand. A parish runs on its calendar, and it should not run on one person’s memory. Symphonia makes the calendar know the church year, fill its own roster, and reach every phone on its own.

The week, already knowing itself.

Every day is pre-marked with the fast, the tone, and the feast, pulled from the Living Typikon. You just add the times.

A fair rota that fills itself.

Symphonia auto-fills each Sunday's readers, chanters, servers, greeters, and coffee hour, spreading the load evenly and respecting who's away and who served last week. Your people set their own blackout dates and trade weeks among themselves. When Sunday comes, print the sheet for the narthex table, and no one was ever asked twice.

check_circleFilled fairly. No one was asked twice.

One calendar, everywhere it's needed.

The honest answers.

Do we have to enter every fast and feast ourselves?

No. The calendar is fed by the Living Typikon, so each day already carries its fast, tone, feast, and readings for your jurisdiction before you touch it. You add your service times; the church year is already there.

check_circle
How do our people get the calendar?

However they already keep their schedule. A private iCal feed drops every service into Google, Apple, or Outlook and stays in sync, and the same calendar shows on your website and in Synaxis, so no one is copying dates by hand.

How does the serving rota stay fair?

Symphonia auto-fills each week and spreads the load evenly, respecting who is away and who served most recently. People set their own blackout dates and trade weeks among themselves, so the same three readers are never carrying every Sunday.

What about people in different time zones?

Every service shows in both the parish’s time and the viewer’s own, side by side. A snowbird in Florida or a college student three states away sees the right hour without doing the math.

Never text the readers again.
