The bulletin lives in the secretary's personal Google account. The minutes are in a warden's Dropbox. When someone moves away, the files leave with them, and the parish is locked out of its own history. A church shouldn't have its documents scattered across a dozen private logins. My files, Parish folders, Shared with me, Recent, Starred, and Trash. Each ministry and council gets a folder its members see, the Clergy, Office, and Archive folders are set up for you, and each coming Sunday and feast gets a folder for the bulletin and readings.

Do we need Google or Microsoft for this?

No. Quill is a full productivity suite built into Symphonia on trusted open-source engines. Your documents, files, and forms live with your parish, not on a big-tech advertising platform, and there is no separate subscription to buy per person.

How are parish files organized?

Drive sets up the parish folders for you: one for each ministry and council, seen by its members, plus Clergy, Office, Archive, and a folder for each coming Sunday and feast. Each person also has My files, and anything shared with them appears under Shared with me. A file can be attached to a person, an event, a service, or a sacrament record.

How much storage do we get?

A full terabyte across the suite, shared by the whole parish. That is room for years of documents, photos, and recordings without anyone hunting for space.

Is the mail app ready to use?

Mail is in preview today while we finish it, so we show it honestly. Everything else, Drive, Docs, Forms, Chat, Tasks, Meet, and the Vault, is live and working now.

Where does our parish data actually live?

On Symphonia’s own server in Los Angeles, in your parish’s own space, not with an outside file-sharing company. It is your work, kept for your parish, not mined to sell ads.
